Shipping across India.

We currently ship BE18 orders across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location.

India-wide delivery
01Order Processing⌄

Orders are generally processed within [1–2 business days] after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During sales, launches, festive periods or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will endeavour to communicate the same.
02Delivery Time⌄

Estimated delivery times are generally:

Metro / Tier 1 Cities 2–5 days
Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities 4–7 days
Remote Locations 5–10 days

These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer due to weather, natural events, courier disruptions, public holidays, strikes, address issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

03Shipping Charges⌄

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

BE18 may offer free shipping on orders above a specified order value or during promotional campaigns.

Any applicable shipping offer will be clearly communicated on the website.
04Order Tracking⌄

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking link through email, SMS or WhatsApp.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

05Delivery Attempts⌄

Our delivery partners may make multiple attempts to deliver your order.

Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are accurate and that someone is available to receive the shipment.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, where permitted.
06Wrong or Damaged Shipments⌄

If you receive a package that appears damaged, please photograph or record the package before opening it, where reasonably possible.

If the product inside is damaged, incorrect or defective, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery.
