Vishal Hirani is the founder and driving force behind BE 18. Coming from a family with over 40 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, he grew up understanding every aspect of the business from customer preferences and product quality to fit, pricing, and retail operations. Years of hands-on experience in offline retail helped him identify what customers truly expect from premium menswear.
As the brand prepared for its next phase of growth, Vishal partnered with Falguni Gopalani, leveraging her expertise in digital business and brand expansion. While Vishal continues to lead product development, retail operations, and overall brand strategy, Falguni heads the brand's online growth, including e-commerce, marketplaces, website development, and digital marketing. Together, they are building BE 18 into a modern Indian menswear brand with a vision to expand across India and global markets.
