# Refund & Return Policy

## 4. Return Shipping Charges
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.
Return shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a product being defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by BE18.
## 5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, applicable return or replacement shipping costs will be handled by BE18.

The replacement product must be available in the requested size or variant.
